Salmon burgers made using canned salmon

Recipe Ingredients for Dill Salmon burgers

16 oz Salmon, Pink
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
1 roll Sandwich Thins
12 tbsp Lite Sour Cream
4 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

Recipe Directions for Dill Salmon burgers

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 5 patties and put on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 to 22 minutes. Serve on Orowheat Sandwich Thins with tomato and lettuce.
