Dill and Sour Cream Potato Salad recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Dill Potato Salad

8 new potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbs dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbs dill
1 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Dill Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes, then cool them down with cold water.

  2. Mix all other ingredients (I use Country Harvest Mustard instead of Dijon) in a bowl.

  3. Once potatoes are cool, fold them into the sour cream mixture.

  4. Best served after 1 hour chilling in refrigerator.
