A rich colorful bread great with a hearty soup

Recipe Ingredients for Dill Bread

1 cup yogurt
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg, large
3 cups fresh dill, large bunch with leaves picked from stalks
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp onion, minced
3 tbsp sugar
5 cups flour
3 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Dill Bread

  1. Place ingredients in order in bread machine on dough setting.

  2. Knead lightly and allow 2nd rise for 35 min.

  3. Knead lightly again and form into loaves. Rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake
