Dijon Salmon Recipe

Makes 4 servings



Salmon cooked with a Dijon mustard glaze. Each 8 ounce fillet is 2 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Dijon Salmon

16 ounce salmon fillets or steaks (about 3/4-inch thick)
3 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
4 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar

Recipe Directions for Dijon Salmon

  1. Whisk together sugar, mustard, soy sauce and rice vinegar in bowl to create glaze.

  2. Brush salmon with glaze and prepare. (Either bake or grill. For this recipe, I'm currently experimenting with baking each salmon filet wrapped in foil, w/ oven temperature at 425.)
