Makes 12 servings



Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. You can use chicken tenders in this recipe and you will have a shorter cooking time since they are so much thinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Dijon Rosemary Chicken

1.5 oz Light Sour Cream
1.5 oz Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
0.25 tsp Pepper, White
72 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for Dijon Rosemary Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients, except 12 chicken breasts, in a large glass or plastic dish add chicken and turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.

  2. Lightly grease a 13- x 9- inch pan. Place chicken in the pan and bake, uncovered, for 30 - 60 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
