Slightly modified - may need adjusted for quantity of fillets. You may want more lemon juice, depending on what flavor you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Dijon Mustard Salmon

36 ounce salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

Recipe Directions for Dijon Mustard Salmon

  1. Heat grill.

  2. Prepare salmon in aluminum foil for steam grilling.

  3. Mix all ingredients and spread/pour over salmon.

  4. Close foil and grill for approximately 20 minutes until salmon flakes.
