Fish fillets in a light and tangy sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Dijon Fish

400 grams haddock fillets
4 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp worcestershire
1 tbsp capers

Recipe Directions for Dijon Fish

  1. Mix all ingredients except capers together.

  2. Reserve half.

  3. Marinate fish fillets for an hour or more in half mixture.

  4. Heat the other hald in a sauce pan and add capers.

  5. Broil fish for 3 - 4 mins per side (until flakes easily)

  6. Pour remainder of (heated) sauce over top and serve.
