Recipe Ingredients for Dijon Crusted Fish

3 tbsp Light Dressing
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Mustard
16 oz Tilapia, raw
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Plain

Recipe Directions for Dijon Crusted Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the miracle whip, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, and mustard. Place fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spread miracle whip mixture evenly over fillets.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cutter and remaining cheese; sprinkle over fillets.

  3. Bake at 425 for 13-18 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
