Recipe Ingredients for Dijon chicken thighs

6 serving Boneless Skinless Thighs Chicken
48 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
10 tbsp Fat Free Half and Half
8 1tsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
1 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
3 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Dijon chicken thighs

brown thighs in olive oil and remove. put in onions and brown for 10mins. season with tarragon and pepper. add thighs back in pan and scoop onions on top. make sauce of 1 cup of dijon, 1/2 cup chicken broth and cook until thighs are done. before serving, season and add 1/4 cup of fat free half and half.
