Recipe Ingredients for Dijon Chicken Sauce/ Dressing

3 tbsp. dijon mustard
3 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Dijon Chicken Sauce/ Dressing

Cook chicken in a frying pan. When chicken is done, remove and keep warm. Add water and onions, cook 3 minutes. Add dijon and vinegar, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, add butter. When butter is incorporated, pour over chicken and spinach.
