As part of a Heart foundation Diet I found you can have as much of this soup as you want

Recipe Ingredients for Diet Soup

3 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 large Onions
2 Cube Stock Cubes
128 grams Soup Powder
8 stalks Celery
2 cup Cut Green Beans
1500 grams Carrots
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Diet Soup

  1. Cut up vegetables in small pieces

  2. Add water, stock cubes, drained green beans and soup powder

  3. Flavor with salt and pepper

  4. Boil till done

  5. I prefer the soup mashed up with a stick liquidizer
