Oriental style soup for curbing appetite

Recipe Ingredients for Diet Soup

14 oz chicken broth
14 oz vegetable broth
1 c asparagus
1/4 c ham
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 c green onions
3/4 c mushrooms
3/4 c tofu
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 c cabbage

Recipe Directions for Diet Soup

  1. Cook ham in olive oil until crisp.

  2. Add broth and asparagus simmer 1 hour or until soft.

  3. stick blend mixture.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
