1 tbsp Oat Bran
6 tablespoons Egg Whites
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Diet Mini Cake

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.

  2. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes or until firm.

  3. Enjoy!
