1/6 cup light soy milk
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Diet French Toast

  1. Whisk all ingredients except bread

  2. Dip bread

  3. Place in heated, med-high skillet with non-stick spray on it

  4. Cook on each side until done to your liking.
