Recipe Ingredients for Diet Cinnamon French Toast

1 slice Wheat Bread
1/8 cup Egg Whites
2 tbsp milk, nonfat, fluid
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or nutmeg)

Recipe Directions for Diet Cinnamon French Toast

  1. mix all the ingredient except the wheat bread in a small mixing bowl.

  2. Spray down a pan with pam.

  3. cut the wheat bread up into 4 equal pieces and soak each 1 in the mixture and cook over the pan.

  4. Start the heat on medium but slowly build up heat
