Recipe Ingredients for Diet Bran Muffins with Raisins

1.25 cup Bread Flour
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1.5 cup Enriched Bran Flakes Cereal
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 medium Egg, Whole
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Diet Bran Muffins with Raisins

Soak bran flakes in milk until soggy. In separate bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix. Add egg and oil. Mix. Fold in bran flakes and milk. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
