mashed potatoes with fat free cream cheese and fat free sour cream

Recipe Ingredients for Dianne's Thanksgiving Potatoes

4 1/2 lbs russet potatoes
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 1/4 cups fat free sour cream
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Dianne's Thanksgiving Potatoes

  1. Peel and boil potatoes

  2. Drain

  3. Mix in fat free cream cheese, until melted

  4. Mix in fat free sour cream

  5. Whip until smooth

  6. Taste

  7. Add Salt as desired

  8. Add Pepper

  9. Place in 9 x 13 greased casserole

  10. Refrigerate overnight.

  11. Preheat oven to 350

  12. Bake covered for 35 minutes until center is hot

  13. Uncover and bake an additional 10
