Recipe Ingredients for Dianne's Spicy Skinny Soup

6 cups chicken broth
1 tsp smart balance spread
28 oz diced tomato (with juice)
2 tbs tomato paste
4 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup green beans
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Dianne's Spicy Skinny Soup

  1. Saute onion in smart balance.

  2. Add broth and cook carrots for 15 minutes first.

  3. Add rest of ingredients.

  4. Stew for 1 hour.
