4 cups cauliflower, cooked and drained
1 cup fat free sour cream
4 oz fat free monterrey jack cheese, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for Dianne's Healthy Cauliflower Casserole

  1. Separate and steam cauliflower until tender

  2. Layer cauliflower and sour cream and cheese

  3. End with cheese

  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
