Really good, healthy granola bars

Recipe Ingredients for Dianne's Granola Bars

3 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
1 cup craisins
3/4 cup becel light, melted
10 oz milk, sweetened condensed

Recipe Directions for Dianne's Granola Bars

  1. Mix the above dry ingredients well

  2. Add - cup of melted butter and mix well.

  3. Add sweetened condensed milk. Mix well again.

  4. Ok??if it seems to dry, add some more milk, if it seems too moist throw in some more oatmeal. This is a creation not a recipe.

  5. Line a cookie pan ( 10? x 16? ) with tin foil pressing the corners snug, and folding the foil over the edges of the pan.

  6. Spray with Pam.

  7. Press the mixture into the pan with a wet fork and bake at 325F on the middle rack for 20 minutes or until light golden.

  8. Cool and cut into bars. ( I use a pizza wheel )
