5 Potatos
1 1/2 t Olive Oil
1/4 t Seasoned Salt
1/2 t Pepper

Recipe Directions for Diane's Roasted Vegetables

  1. Cut carrots into 1 1/1" lengths

  2. Cube potatos

  3. Brush lightly with olive oil

  4. Season to taste

  5. Roast 375 degrees for 1 hour.
