Diana's Whole Grain Pumpkin Seed Bread

Recipe Ingredients for Diana's Whole Grain Pumpkin Seed Bread

1 c all-purpose flour
2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c sugar
1 t salt
1 T dry nonfat milk
4 T vegetable oil
1 egg
4 oz pumpkin seeds

Recipe Directions for Diana's Whole Grain Pumpkin Seed Bread

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.

  2. Put all ingredients except add-ins in bread maker and start.

  3. After 5 minutes of kneading, check dough. If too dry, add 1 T water; if too wet, add 1 T flour. Repeat in another 5 minutes.

  4. If using add-ins, add about 2 minutes before mixing cycle is complete.
