Recipe Ingredients for Diana's Style Peanut Pancake - Bakpia

200 grams Natural Peanut Butter - with Salt (Crunchy)
100 gram Potatoes, Boiled
150 gram All Purpose Flour
100 gram Rogers Bread Flour "Whole Wheat Bread Flour"
75 g Rice Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Yeast
30 g sugar
150 ml Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
50 gram All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Diana's Style Peanut Pancake - Bakpia

  1. combine 2 tbsp sugar, 50ml warm water and yeast and let it bubble for 10 minutes. if not bubble, discard, and start with new yeast..

  2. combine all other dry ingredients..

  3. combine warm milk+water till it is 150ml.. combine all mixture except peanut+potato (that's for filling)... knead till dough does stick too the bowl... let it rest one hour in warm place until doubled up... divide dough nto 16 pcs (use the extra 50 g flour to help roll and bind so not too sticky).. put 19 gram peanut filling inside and shape into ball and then flatten it with hand... and panfry.. done... serve warm
