Granola with dried fruit. I make it using 16 c of oats at a time, my family likes it so much!

Recipe Ingredients for Diana's Granola

2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
23.2 grams Raw Almonds
2 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened
1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.125 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Diana's Granola

  1. Mix dry ingredients with a pinch of nutmeg in one large bowl. (Cinnamon is 1/2 t.)

  2. Boil 1/2 c water, add honey, brown sugar, canola oil, & 1/2 t vanilla & stir.

  3. Drizzle liquid over dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.

  4. Spread on cookie sheets and toast in oven at 300 for 30-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so.

  5. Add 1/2-1 c dried fruit once it is all done. If you plan to store it for awhile, don't mix in the dried fruit until you are ready to eat it!

  6. Stir into dry ingredients.
