1/4 yellow pepper
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup broccoli
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup , water chestnuts
1/3 cup bamboo shoots
4 cups bean sprouts
35 g raw almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup carrots
1/3 cup celery
1/3 cup cabbage
1/4 cup zucchini
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Diana Chinese stir fry 1

  1. Bowl one - chopped onion

  2. bowl two - chopped carrot, cauliflower, celery, peppers,

  3. bowl three - chopped zucchini, mushrooms, chinese lettuce, etc

  4. bowl four - broccoli, garlic

  5. bowl five - bean sprouts

  6. add oil to pan, heat, add bowls one at a time, stir frying for a minute or so for each set of ingredients
