Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies, made with Splenda and no flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies

1 c. peanut butter
1 c. splenda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Mix peanut butter and splenda with a fork. Add egg and vanilla, stir.

  2. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet. Dip fork tines into splenda and make criss crosses in cookies.

  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 11 minutes.
