Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Friendly Oatmeal

2 packet Irish Oatmeal
1/4 serving 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 tbsp No Lactose 37% Light Buttery Spread
1 serving Alpine Spiced Sugar free Apple Cider
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Friendly Oatmeal

  1. Heat Water, add oatmeal to boiling water. Cook for about 90 seconds on Medium and let it stand for a few minutes to thicken. Add Smart Balance, Alpine Spiced Sugar free Cider and milk.

  2. Enjoy
