Sugar free version of the traditional cookie pizza.

Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Friendly Fruit Pizza

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 stick Butter
1 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Sweetener
8 oz Cream Cheese Light
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup, halves Strawberries
0.5 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Friendly Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 350. For the crust; mix flour, melted butter, egg, and1/2 c. Truvia in bowl. Spread into 11 inch pizza pan that has been sprayed or lined with parchment. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. While baking, mix softened cream cheese with other 1/2 c. Truvia and vanilla until creamy. Cool crust completely either at room temp or refrigerator. When cool, "frost" with cream cheese mixture. Then top with sliced strawberries and blueberries or fruits of your choice.
