Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic French Dressing

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup, sliced Onions
16 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Diabetic French Dressing

In a Pint size canning jar (with screw top ring and lid) combine all ingredients except onion. Grate the onions and add onions and juice to the mixture. Shake well and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to combine. You may also adjust the amount of Spleda depending on your tastes. The original recipe also called for 1/2 teaspoon of salt, but I am also looking to lower my sodium intake so I omitted it. To me, it tastes just fine without it.
