Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Coleslaw

4 oz Greek Yogurt
9 tsp Dijon Mustard
6 Teaspoon Juice
12 oz Classic Cole Slaw
0.5 teaspoon Truvia
0.5 tbsp Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Coleslaw

  1. Combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and mayo.

  2. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to coat

  3. Sprinkle with onion flakes, dill weed and pepper

  4. mix well

  5. Cover and efrigerate for a few hours before serving
