2 cups fat free milk
16 grams splenda
4 tbsp margerine
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
32 oz cinnamon raisin bread

Recipe Directions for diabetic cinnamon raisin bread pudding

  1. combine milk, splenda, melted margerine, egg and egg whites, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

  2. stir in bread cubes

  3. spoon mixture into ungreased 1 1/2 quart pan

  4. bake in 350 oven 30 - 35 min or until knife comes out clean
