Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Cake

2 cups flour, self-rising
1/2 cup margarine
0.42 oz sweet 'n low (small packets)
1 egg
1 cup chopped dates
1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Cake

  1. Cream margarine and sweet 'n low.

  2. Add eggs.

  3. Beat in other ingredients.

  4. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
