Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Brownies

1 cup butter
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup splenda brown
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Brownies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2. Lightly butter 9"x 13" pan.

  3. 3. Melt butter in large bowl in microwave or in a pot over stove on low heat (Remove from stove after melted).

  4. 4. Add both sugars and cocoa to butter. Mix.

  5. 5. Add beaten eggs and mix well.

  6. 6. Sift flour and baking powder over mixture and gently stir in.

  7. 7. stir in dry milk powder and baking soda.

  8. 8. Add vanilla. Here's where you can add chocolate chips or nuts too.

  9. 8. Pour batter in to pan and bake 25-30 mins.
