Recipe Ingredients for Diabetic Banana Apple bread

1/2 cup Butter
1 tbsp Splenda
1 1/2 tsp splenda
4 egg whites
1 3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 med bananas
1 cup apples

Recipe Directions for Diabetic Banana Apple bread

  1. cream butter in a large bowl Gradually add splenda beating at medium speed until light and fluffy. add eggs, beat until thick and lemon colored. add flour and baking powder and mix well.

  2. Mash up bananas and peel and chop apple.

  3. Fold into flour mixture

  4. Spoon batter into a loaf pan coated with cooking spray

  5. bake at 350 Degrees for 1 hour and 5 min to 1 hour and 10 min or until wooden pick comes out clean

  6. cool in pan 10 min remove from pan and cool on wire rack
