This is my homemade mildly spicy chili. Excellent source of proteins, carbs, and fats.

Recipe Ingredients for Dhummel's homemade chili

30 ounce chili beans
30 ounce hot chili beans
30 ounce dark red kidney beans
15 ounce light red kidney beans
30 ounce tomato sauce
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
2 tbs. chili powder
1 tbs. cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Dhummel's homemade chili

  1. brown hamburger in pan

  2. add beans to large pot

  3. add tomato sauce to pot

  4. add chili powder to beans

  5. add cayenne pepper to beans

  6. let simmer on low to med. heat until chili is hot.

  7. makes about 15 servings
