Recipe Ingredients for Dewey's Beer Chili

4 pound ground beef
8 chopped medium onions
12 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cumin
4 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
1 tsp Ground Red Pepper (or flakes)
2 tsp black pepper
4 tsp Salt
32 ounces Diced Tomatoes (or Tomato juice)
64 ounces Tomato Sauce
64 ounces water (or to the consistency you like)
30 ounce Kidney Beans
30 ounce chili beans (hot)
12 ounce beer

Recipe Directions for Dewey's Beer Chili

Brown beef and drain. Saute onions until opeque. Combine with the rest of the ingredients except the beer and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Pour in beer and bring back to a simmer and cook for at least one hour longer.
