Recipe Ingredients for Devilled Eggs

12 eggs
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Lite
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 t. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Recipe Directions for Devilled Eggs

  1. Place eggs in a single layer in a large pan and cover with cold water, Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat, pour off cooking water and flood with cold water until water remains cool. Pour off water, and allow eggs to drain completely.

  3. Shell eggs and cut each in half, placing yolks in the bowl of a food processor fitted with chopping blade.

  4. Pulse egg yolks until they from coarse crumbs. Add dressing, mustard, vinegar and black pepper. Pulse, then blend until smooth.

  5. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and sprinkle yolk filling of each with paprika for garnish.
