6 large eggs
1 t paprika
1 T horseradish
3 T mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Devilled Eggs

  1. Hard boil eggs, shell, and cut in half.

  2. Remove yolks and coarsely smash.

  3. Mix in paprika, horseradish, and mayo. Salt to taste.

  4. Scoop yolk mixture into eggs. Top with a sprinkle of paprika.
