Recipe Ingredients for Devilish Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Devilish Eggs

  1. Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside in medium bowl. Mash yolks with fork. Add cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, horseradish, mustard, pepper and salt; stir until just combined. Stuff egg white halves with yolk mixture.

  2. To add a special touch to the eggs, garnish with baby shrimp, olives, bacon pieces and/or pimiento, if desired.
