Deviled Eggs Recipe

Makes 4 servings



You can also mince up meat and add to the yolk mixture

Recipe Ingredients for Deviled eggs

4 eggs, hard-boiled
2 T mayonnaise, or sour cream
2 t fresh herbs, minced
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t vinegar
1 t shallots, minced
1/4 t salt
1/8 t Worcestershire sauce
1/8 t black pepper, ground
1 pinch curry
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 dash paprika, to garnish

Recipe Directions for Deviled eggs

  1. Slice eggs in half, length-wise. Carefully remove the yolks, leaving the whites intact.

  2. Place yolks in a bowl, and mash. Add the remaining ingredients, except the paprika, and continue mashing until smooth.

  3. Spoon the filling into the whites, or pipe it with a pastry tube and a star tip. Dust with paprika. Keep the eggs refrigerated until 15 minutes before serving.
