8 boiled eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced fat mayo
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Deviled Eggs

  1. boil eggs

  2. let cool

  3. peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise

  4. separate yolks

  5. mix yolks, mayo, and dijon mustard

  6. spoon yolk mixture into the boiled egg white halves.

  7. serve chilled
