Basic deviled egg recipe, w light mayo but not sugar free relish. (couldn't find it at the Wal-Mart this morning).

Recipe Ingredients for Deviled Eggs

12 large eggs
1/3 c light mayonnaise
1/3 c sweet relish
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Seasoning Blend
1/2 tsp celery seed

Recipe Directions for Deviled Eggs

  1. Boil eggs 10 min.

  2. Peel eggs and cut in half. Put yolks in a bowl for mashing and put whites (halves) on a plate or a deviled egg platter.

  3. Mash egg yolks.

  4. Add mayo, relish, salt and spices to the egg yolks & mix thoroughly.

  5. Plop yolk mixture by small spoonfuls into the egg white halves.

  6. Sprinkle tops with paprika if desired and chill for at least 1 hr.

  7. Makes 24 servings.
