boiled eggs with yolks whipped with mustard and mayo

Recipe Ingredients for deviled eggs

10 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoons yellow mustard
114 grams light mayonaise
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for deviled eggs

Boil eggs for 20-30 minutes. let cool to the point you can peel them easily(when they are cold its harder to get the shell off).cut eggs in half on a cutting board. empty the yolks into either a bowl or a small food blender. Mix the mustard and mayo in(see how it tastes after you add the mayo so you get the just of what needs to be added).Put a little cayenne in the mix and a pinch of salt. make sure its blended. put about a spoonful into each egg half, sprinkle some more cayenne, and your done!
