2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 egg yolks

Recipe Directions for Deviled Eggs Lite

  1. Hardboil the eggs.

  2. Slice eggs in half, set aside whites.

  3. Sautee onions.

  4. Combine Remaining ingredients with egg yolk and onion.

  5. Scoop into Egg white halves.
