Recipe Ingredients for Deviled Eggs (Garbanzo)

8 egg whites (large)
15 oz chickpeas (can)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
4 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp garlic (minced)
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp red onion (minced)
1 tbsp capers (minced)

Recipe Directions for Deviled Eggs (Garbanzo)

  1. Hard boil eggs, cool, peel, and split.

  2. Discard yokes.

  3. Process remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth.

  4. Stuff egg halfs and chill until time to serve.
