Perfect picnic indulgence. This recipe is 5 times the original recipe from the American Girl cookbook, except for the salt and pepper. Original salt and pepper 1/4 tsp each.

Recipe Ingredients for Deviled Eggs from American Girl Molly

30 hard-boiled eggs, large
15 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

Recipe Directions for Deviled Eggs from American Girl Molly

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into mixing bowl. Set whites aside.

  2. Mash yolks with a fork.

  3. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.

  4. Add in pickle relish (optional).

  5. Use two spoons to fill whites back up with equal amounts of yolk mixture.

  6. ALTERNATE FILL METHOD

  7. Pour yolk mixture into plastic Ziploc bag.

  8. Cut off a piece of the corner of bag.

  9. Hold like frosting bag and squeeze mixture into egg whites.

  10. Sprinkle filled eggs with paprika.
