A nourishing soup to clear you out.

Recipe Ingredients for Detox Soup.

2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
2 medium Carrots
3 clove Garlic
2 medium Turnips
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
10 sprigs Parsley
5 grams Chilli
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
400 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Detox Soup.

Chop all ingredients, leave skins of vegetables on. Put everything in a pan, cover with water, cook until vegetables are soft. Mash if so desired.
