Items needed: 6 paper cold drink cups (5 oz. each) 6 wooden popsicle sticks

Recipe Ingredients for Dessert, Banana Fudge Pops 97 Cal

1 medium banana, ripe
1 1/2 cups orange juice (w banana)
10 g Equal ( to the taste of 1/2 cup sugar)
1/4 cup Cocoa, HERSHEY'S
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Dessert, Banana Fudge Pops 97 Cal

  1. Slice banana into blender container; add juice.

  2. Cover; blend until smooth.

  3. Add sugar and cocoa; cover and blend well.

  4. Add evaporated milk; cover and blend.

  5. Pour mixture into cups. Freeze about 1 hour;

  6. Insert popsicle sticks into fudge pops. Cover;

  7. Freeze until firm.

  8. Peel off cups to serve.
