456 g Angel Food Cake Mix (1 box)
20 oz. crushed pineapple
8 oz Cool Whip

Recipe Directions for Dessert: Angel Food Cake with Pineapple

  1. Combine dry angel food cake mix and pineapple. Stir to mix; it will foam up a little.

  2. Pour batter into the pan of your choice sprayed with cooking spray: 9x13, large sheet cake pan, or cupcakes.

  3. Bake at 350F for 20-35 minutes, depending on pan size. Cake will be light brown and spongy like an angel food cake.

  4. Cool and serve with cool whip. It tastes great plain too.
