Makes 1 serving



Nice workout shake to help fuel the body before, during and after weight training. Good amount of protein (sometimes I add two servings of whey), vitamins, carbs, fiber, and a little fat for metabolization. Note that I use frozen mango and apple chunks.

Recipe Ingredients for Designer Whey Protein & Fruit Shake

12 oz water
4 oz apple juice
6 small strawberries, frozen
1 banana
2 oz pineapple chunks, frozen
24 g designer whey protein powder french vanilla
2 oz apple
2 oz mango

Recipe Directions for Designer Whey Protein & Fruit Shake

  1. Pour water and apple juice into large glass container.

  2. Add whey powder.

  3. Blend thoroughly with hand blender. Be sure to blend vertically.

  4. Add fruit and blend into protein and juice mix.
